Ambleside School of Colorado seeks qualified candidates who are committed to Christ to apply for the position of full-time Office Manager, reporting to the Principal. This individual’s primary objective is to ensure the smooth operation of daily school activities by coordinating processes, procedures, services, and internal and external communications for excellent support of students, families, staff, and leadership.
He or she will be responsible to maintain a joyful and peaceful atmosphere for those who come in contact with the school, while performing a wide variety of tasks related to human resources, communication, front office administration and leadership, facility maintenance and safety, information technology, and data management. They will assist with the preparation and execution of events such as Classroom Observations, Chapels, Veterans Chapel, Christmas Candlelight Service, Open Houses, Ambleside Evenings, Principal’s Coffees, Volunteer Events, Friday Teacher Formation Meetings, Teacher In-service and Trainings, Exam Week, and special guest visits. He or she will lead and collaborate with the Finance, Admissions, and Marketing functions to ensure that operations are consistent with Ambleside School of Colorado’s vision.
